DEMO, the permanent showroom in the hotel, a project that awakens the sense of wonder and creates a memorable experience. Starting from the recovery of a local boarding house, the DEMO project has involved fourteen architectural firms called to rethink the space. Sea Suite designed by Studio Bizzarro on the fourth and top floor is “Not just a suite but a gratifying experience that makes peace with one’s self in an environment made up of light, tactile experiences, scents and reassuring colors. A large terrace that connects the inside and the outside”. The Zelie collection welcomes to the living area with delicacy and sobriety, the poufs in the bed area recall shapes and colors, with a decorative and functional role at the same time. Delicate soft furnishings offer a visual and comforting experience, as well as a sensory one, and seem to invite the guest to dive into a wave of the sea.
